ITINERARY

Day 1 ..Nha Trang - Dalat ..160km full days relaxed pace ride up into cooler Central Highlands winding mountain road with stunning views, passing roadside waterfalls, small villages to hilltop retreat of Dalat located on the Langbian plateau 1600ft above sea level, Dalat is highly praised and well-known for its lakes, waterfalls, pine forrest and French styled villas.. Day 2 ..Dalat - Lake Luk ..155km back in the saddle, more great winding roads passing through lush green forrests and coffee plantations, Lake Luk a large natural lake formed by converging rivers and steams. we stay at a local resort over looking the lake. OVERNIGHT Lake Luk .. BL

Day 3 .. Dalat - Buon Me Thout BMT..110km Visit a local minority village with the option for a one hour elephant trek around and through the lake..heading on to Buon Me Thout through local rural farming areas Buon Ma Thout is home to several intriguing and untouched minority villages... Day 4 .. BMT to Kontum..230km Ho Chi Minh Trail.. Road becomes quite as you venture deeper into more remote Vietnam mountains .. Ho Chi Minh road once a strategic supply route used by the North Vietnam during the American War . the trail system was one of the greatest achievements of military engineering of the 20th century.. These roads are very quite and give you that real sense of adventure, simply outstanding ride with breathtaking scenery in cloud covered misty mountains... OVERNIGHT Komtum

Day 5 .. Kontum to Kham Duc .180km . Visit to a local orphanage run by nuns..they do a great work providing care, with no government assistance a small donation goes a long way here.. back on todays ride which simply just keeps getting better with almost empty roads we roll on through remote mountain villages, passing over mountain ranges covered in deep jungle... roadside waterfalls everywhere 180km OVERNIGHT Kham Duc BL

Day 6 . Kham Duc to A Luoi 200km ... endless supply of beautiful countryside. war history sites.. following and crossing rivers . OVERNIGHT A Luoi BL

Day 7 .. Aluoi to Hue.. 170km ... We make our way down an old mountain road to the old imperial capital of Hue on the banks of the Perfume River . OVERNIGHT Hue BL

Day 8 .. Hue to HoiAn 90 km via famous Hai Phong Pass ..mountain with views over the South China sea . arriving into Danang for lunch and the chance to take a dip at China beach. Arriving in HoiAn early afternoon .. recognised as a world heritage site by UNESCO HoiAn ancient town is an exceptionally well preserved example of South- East Asian port. dating from the 15th to 19th century . HoiAn is also famous for its tailor shops. BL

Day 9 .. Hoi An to Danang -Nha Trang checkout local historic sites and markets....pick up your newly custom tailored outfit.. Nha Trang via Vietnam Air ....
