ITINERARY

Day1 Danang to Hoi An 70km
Danang with its stunning beachside port flanked by wide sandy beaches of world famous China Beach. The perfect location for our first day in the saddle . ride the scenic  coastal roads with plenty of interesting sites along the way from roadside marble sculptures  and its craftsmen busy carving from rock direct from the nearby Marble Mountain, as we make our way towards World Heritage  UNESCO Town of historic Hoi An with its tree lined streets of exceptionally well-preserved example of South East Asian trading port dating from the 15th century. time to enjoy and few cold drinks by the pool and enjoy the famous night markets of Hoi An .

Day 2 Hoi An to Hue 90km
Enjoy a riverside breakfast in this UNESCO listed heritage town with its roots dating back to Portuguese traders in the 15th century. Time to crack open the throttle along the Hai Phong pass making your way to the Imperial city of Hue, home of the royal palace and also Vietnams finest artisans. Hue is the countries 3rd largest city located on the banks of the Perfume river , A city close to the hearts of poets, romantics and musicians who keep the old ways relevant against the backdrop of a booming Vietnam. the nights becomes alive with a fantastic array of incredible selection of restaurants and cafe/bars .

Day 3 Hue to Aluoi 170km
Ready to ride! venture into Ho Chi Minh Trail road .. the former supply route of North to South throughout the American war carved into some of the most stunning countryside in Vietnam.  Plenty great miles to cover today as we say goodbye to the big smoke and enter what most would regard as the 'Real Vietnam' ! Countryside life at is best!
If you've been waiting to see water buffalo wading thru canals, wide brim hats toiling diligently under a midday sun amid rice crops, that day has arrived. quaint village of Aloui awaits. home cooked fresh Vietnamese food from our Overnight Guesthouse . plenty of cold drinks to relax over the days ride of this truly incredible country

Day 4 Aluoi to Kham Duc 200km
Postcard scenery, roadside waterfalls, lush green jungle, winding through wild mountain  Ho Chi Minh Trail roads shared with oxcarts for company on this great riding road passing small remote villages along the way  The run up to Kham Duc is particularly spectacular as you hug the ridges above a wild river which has carved its way thru rocky terrain many eons ago. Review by our riders as motorcycling paradise.these areas for now are least known to tourists . so its our delight to enjoy Vietnam in its true glory of simply stunning. Here you meet friendly locals who enjoy our company and happy to share their way of rural life . enjoy the local foods . reviewed by our riders as some of the best food ever . cold beers and a good night sleep in our mountain hotel . along the way we discuss and invite you to join in our Social Good Programs . these range from much needed medical supplies for small rural hospitals to school books and pens for the local kids . feel free to ask us more about our social good programs in Vietnam .

Day 5 Kham Duc to Kontom 180km
Back in the saddle of the mighty Ho Chi Minh Trail .  the skill and tenacity of the road builders who chiseled away at this ancient goat track to make it into one of the most important supply routes of the Vietnam war torn days ,  Soak up history around every sweeping bend. Great riding ! plenty of stops along the way of this picture perfect region. passing some small schools . children sharing the roadside walking to and from school are always keen to practice their english and say a shy .. HELLO !!  .. overnight in Kontom hotel where we park our bikes inside through the lobby into the  " Grand Ball-Room . what a perfect nights parking for our rides ..  Did someone call drinks !!

Day 6 Kontom to Buon Me Thout 230 km
Some might take in a early morning stroll checking out the local markets . guides and crew checking over our bikes . after breakfast it time to hit the road and make our way to the coffee growing capital BMT ..  today is a long ride plenty of sites bends  that Vietnam offers in abundance, As we make our way through the Central Highlands  riding into the coffee growing region of BMT. Some of these areas are can be a little busy with local transport . our Guides and crew do their best keeping to the secret backroads . Our overnight stay complete a pool and bar!! .  

Day 7 BMT to Lak Lake 120km
The topography flattens out here but you are still way above sea level, riding vast plateau's past the rural farmers tending chores as their ancestors did so centuries before. After arriving at charming  Lak Lake, the local Hmong minority tribe will perform a variety of culturally significant dances and invite you to try their local rice wine.. Potent stuff !

Day 8 Lak Lake to Dalat 155km
Village to local minority village with traditional long houses and herd of Elephants.  A number of large bridge crossings provides the opportunity to witness the floating villages below. Onward to delightful Dalat, the largest flower growing region in Vietnam and home to the best nightmarkets! Taste the delicious street food, sample the local shiraz and unwind at your hotel, ready for one last day in the saddle.

Day 9 Dalat to Nha Trang 160km
A great day of riding to finish off your big adventure. Mostly a long down hill run back to sea level, passing the flower fields, logging forests, cultural 'Long Houses', huge seasonal waterfalls , wild rivers   this incredible stretch of winding mountain road offers stunning views towards the coastline , as the radiant pearl harbours of beautiful Nha Trang . final night at our hotel with a relaxing rooftop pool . enjoy the busy nightlife and stunning beaches of "hip"  Nha Trang nightlife .  

Day 10 Nha Trang  City sights … with a late check-out arrange time that extra sleep or head to the beach for an early morning dip . Nha Trang mornings are awesome . Just before midday we say our farewells with transfers arranged or take time and stay a few extra days in beautiful Nha Trang home of Vietnam Motorbike Tours .
